Microsoft BI -SSRS/SSIS Developer “Train and Hire” program Jan 21^st 2013

Basic Requirements:

·         At least 2 years hands-on experience working on Microsoft Business Intelligence Suite (SQL Server 2005/2008, SQL Server Analysis Services 2005/2008).

·         Experience working on large Analysis Services databases.

·         Expertise in MDX, SQL (T-SQL and Oracle PL/SQL).

·         Experience working in ASP.NET 3.5/4.0 (C# and VB.NET).

·         Understanding of windows server architecture in a clustered environment.
Requirements analysis and ability to generate ad-hoc reports.

·         Candidate will be responsible for consulting with internal and external clients to model complex financial data structures using proprietary data modeling tools.

·         Requirements gathering for feature enhancements will be ongoing and will provide significant client exposure.

·         The Business Intelligence Analyst will also assist to educate clients on best practices for reengineering their risk processes.

·         Documentation and test design will also be a part of the team member*s work load.

Please note that all the programs are full-time Contract positions. Again, the training is provided free (no hidden stuff) and Free Accommodation (during training) is also given to each individual. It is mandatory that all the selected persons must relocate or must commute everyday to our Training Facility located at Sterling, VA USA to attend training with placement.
